Working with churches right here in Indianapolis, we seek to wed practical experience in live ministry contexts with robust in-class instruction. Our vision is to cultivate and multiply gospel ministers for the glory of God and the good of his people.
10 Years of Faithfulness & Impact – The ITS Journey
Indianapolis Theological Seminary offers a unique model of combining vigorous, in-person theological education, training and discipleship that includes opportunities for students to grow and flourish while serving in their local Indianapolis churches.
True preparation for ministry is not forged chiefly in the classroom, but in the life of the church—where men are shaped through the joys, burdens, and responsibilities of shepherding Christ’s people. Through the Fellowship, each man is trained under the personal care of seasoned pastors who faithfully bear that calling themselves. By removing the burden of tuition debt and providing a stipend, the Fellowship frees students to devote themselves more fully to study, prayer, and service. Upon completion, graduates receive a Master of Divinity, equipping them to preach the Word, shepherd the church, and persevere in faithful gospel ministry for a lifetime.
