PRESIDENT
Dr. Piotrowski earned his PhD from Wheaton College in 2013. He has been part of the leadership of ITS since its inception in 2015. He spearheads the fundraising, leads the staff, and teaches Greek, Hermeneutics, and New Testament courses.

After many years of leading women’s ministries in her local church, Susan found herself serving and working in philanthropic roles around the city. In light of God’s generosity to her in Christ, she is passionate about inspiring others to live, love, and give generously.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Tara brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles as Office Manager at New Hope Counseling and Academic Coordinator at The Oaks Academy in Indianapolis. She loves to streamline and improve processes in order to help organizations operate more effectively. Tara holds a degree in Bible from Johnson University and continues to have a passion for theological study, especially Old Testament.
Tara lives in Indianapolis with her husband, Robbie, and their four children and they are active in various ministries at New City Church.

ACADEMIC DEAN
Dr. Drake earned his Ph.D. in Historical Theology from Saint Louis University in 2018. After four years of serving at an undergraduate Christian university in Ontario, Canada, he joined ITS in 2022. He oversees the Academic Department and teaches Church History, Systematic Theology, and Philosophy.

REGISTRAR
Stephanie and her husband Brandon have spent the last 13 years in ministry. In 2018, Brandon graduated from Westminster Theological Seminary and they moved back to Indiana to pursue long-term vocational ministry. As both a current student and administrator at ITS, Stephanie is deeply passionate about making rich theological training accessible for others in Central Indiana.

ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT
STUDENT SERVICES COORDINATOR
Brandon graduated with an MDiv from Westminster Theological Seminary. He recently served as an assistant pastor at New Life Presbyterian Church in Yorktown, IN. His heart is to guide future pastors to ministry in the local church, and to plant new churches. Brandon is married to Stephanie and they have 3 beautiful daughters.

Brandon Buller
DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS
Brian graduated from Purdue University in 2018 with degrees in marketing and management. Since moving to Indianapolis that same year, he has been active in the city's real estate industry and began taking courses at ITS in 2022. Motivated by a desire to see local churches thrive, he is now responsible for the seminary's recruitment and admission efforts.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
After serving 32 years in leadership roles at Dow Corning Corporation, Bruce joined ITS in July, 2018. He earned his MDiv from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and has seven years of pastoral experience.

Kristine earned her Master's of Library Science from Wayne State University after getting an undergraduate degree from Grace College. With over a decade of experience working in public libraries Kristine is excited to join ITS as librarian in the work God is doing in the Indianapolis area.

COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST
Deb comes to ITS after spending 20 years on staff at Zionsville Fellowship Church. She and her husband, Gerry, have 4 adult children and 7 grandchildren. Deb is a certified domestic abuse advocate and also serves as a CASA in Boone County. She and Gerry are active at ZF.
