Dr. Payne has been the pastor of Lebanon Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Greenwood, VA since 2015. Previously he served as Senior Pastor of Taipei International Church in Taiwan and Senior Pastor of Union Evangelical Church in Mexico City. Dr. Payne has also taught as the Professor of Mission and Apologetics at Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS, as Professor of Ethics and Leadership at the Air War College, at Maxwell AFB in Montgomery, AL, and as Professor of Theology at Nairobi Evangelical Graduate School of Theology in Kenya.
