Indianapolis Theological Seminary teaches within the historically protestant and evangelical tradition whose system of doctrine is thoroughly delineated in the following confessions:

• The Belgic Confession

• The 39 Articles of Religion

The leaders of Indianapolis Theological Seminary affirm the historical orthodox creeds, one of the above confessions, and the following Statement of Common Beliefs:
