Please complete this form for each course in which you need to change your status this semester.
See the Student Handbook for details regarding the policies for the following changes in status:
CREDIT to AUDIT: may occur before the second class meets. The student will be refunded the difference in tuition.
DROP: may occur before the second class meets. The student will receive an 80% refund of the total course tuition. The course will then be removed from the student’s transcript.
WITHDRAWAL: may occur following the drop date up until the halfway point of the class. No refund will be given. Payment Plans in progress will need to be paid in full before registering for upcoming semesters. A “W” will then be recorded on the student’s transcript.
